What is the recommended usage of Flo-Gel Color per batch?We recommend placing one drop at a time, until receiving desired color. We offer professional grade, concentrated colors which may allow less product used per batch.

What is the advantage of gel food colors vs. liquid food colors?Gel food colors are shown to allow for much more applications, being low in water.

What is the consistancy of Flo-Gel Color?We are proud to be thick! Our gel food colors boost vibrant colors, at a thicker viscosity than most of our competitors. As the industry calls, we have developed our thickest formulation so our products can be used in many applications. Our formula has very low amounts of water, unlike liquid food colors and dyes. This saves the consistancy of whipped creams, fondants, oil based candies, and many other recipes.
